Every year Atlantia holds tournaments to demonstrate skill, improvement, and prowess, but the grandest of our tournaments cannot be held within any one event. The Blackswords end amongst the blaze of the summer sun, and are reborn under the first days of fall. The standings from last year cleared like the thick summer air by the first crisp day of autumn. All hold on to their spot by a knife’s edge, a single pass. Some enter to claim that they deserve a shot at immortal glory on the fields of Pennsic. Others enter to test how far their studies have taken them. All leave with the best fights their opponent has to offer.<br />

The results from individual tournaments, including the outcome of each pairing, are aggregated together to create a final score over the course of a Blacksword season. At the end of 2016, she moved to the Barony of Ponte Alto and became their rapier champion in February 2017. In September 2018, Colette, along with several of Dragoons, attended Rip Rap War II and proceeded to lay claim to Rip Rap Island. As insurance toward the claim, then-Unit Commander [[Lord Ffernfael Kymro]] offered Marinus then-Second in Command Lady Colette as their Rapier Champion for the coming year. Later that month, Colette moved back to the Barony of Ponte Alto.<br />

In the Spring of 2019, Colette became the Knight Marshal for Ponte Alto martial combat. In the Summer of 2019, Colette took over running the [[Blacksword Tournament]], joining the Atlantian Rapier Army Command Staff in an administrative role. The following ‘season’ for the Blacksword Tournament, which started after Pennsic in August, was on track to double the number of tournaments as the previous season before the Plague of 2020 cancelled half of the season. In the Summer of 2019, Colette took over running the [[Blacksword Tournament]], joining the Atlantian Rapier Army Command Staff in an administrative role. The following ‘season’ for the Blacksword Tournament, which started after Pennsic in August, was on track to double the number of tournaments as the previous season before the Plague of 2020 cancelled half of the season. However, in February 2020, just before the Plague, Colette set up representatives from the Mid and South of the Kingdom (Lord Tiberius and Baron Lochlainn) to assist in organizing and collecting data for the Blacksword Tournaments in the future.<br />
